Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

J&J Tech Group, LLC is committed to making this website, and the systems we build for our clients, usable by people with disabilities. We target conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. Where a project carries a stricter or different accessibility requirement, we build to that instead and say so in the scope.

What we do on this website

  • Semantic HTML structure with a logical heading order and landmark regions.
  • A visible skip link to the main content, and a keyboard-operable navigation menu.
  • Visible focus indicators on every interactive element.
  • Text and interface colors selected to meet AA contrast ratios.
  • Text that resizes and reflows without loss of content or function.
  • Form fields with associated labels, clear required-field marking and status messages announced to assistive technology.
  • Decorative graphics hidden from screen readers; meaningful graphics given text alternatives.
  • Reduced-motion preferences respected — animation is suppressed when the operating system requests it.

What we do on client projects

Accessibility is written into acceptance criteria rather than treated as a post-launch fix. On delivery engagements we run automated testing in the build pipeline, perform manual keyboard and screen-reader passes on key workflows, and supply the test evidence a client needs to prepare or update a VPAT / Accessibility Conformance Report.

Known limitations

We publish limitations rather than claiming perfection. Where content or a component on this site is found not to conform, it is listed here with a remediation date until it is resolved.

Feedback and requests

If you encounter a barrier on this site, or need information from it in an alternative format, contact support@jjtechgroup.com. Tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology you were using if applicable. We acknowledge accessibility reports within one business day and will provide the requested information in an accessible alternative format while we work on a fix.

Assessment approach

This site is evaluated through a combination of automated tooling and manual review, including keyboard-only navigation and screen-reader testing. Evaluation is repeated when the site changes materially.
