Scope

This notice describes how J&J Tech Group, LLC (“J&J Tech Group,” “we,” “us”) handles information collected through www.jjtechgroup.com. It does not govern data we process on behalf of a client under a services agreement, a Business Associate Agreement, or a contract with a government entity — that handling is governed by those agreements and by applicable law.

Information we collect

• Information you give us. When you submit the contact form or email us, we receive your name, organization, email address, telephone number if provided, and whatever you choose to write in your message.
• Technical information. Our hosting provider records standard server data such as IP address, browser type, referring page and timestamps, for security and reliability purposes.
• We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this website.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and to carry on the resulting conversation.
• To prepare proposals, statements of work and contract documentation you have asked for.
• To operate, secure and troubleshoot the website.
• To meet legal, contractual and record-keeping obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not add website inquiries to a marketing list without your explicit request.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that operate this website and our business communications on our behalf — hosting, email, and form processing — and only to the extent required to provide those services. We may disclose information where required by law or to establish or defend legal claims. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

Retention

Inquiry correspondence is retained for as long as needed to respond, to document the relationship, and to satisfy legal and contractual record-keeping requirements. Server logs are retained on our hosting provider's standard schedule.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS. Internally, we apply role-based access controls, multi-factor authentication, encryption in transit and at rest, and least-privilege practices to business systems that hold client correspondence. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

Your choices

You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to our legal and contractual obligations. Write to contact@jjtechgroup.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state or national privacy law; tell us which law you are relying on and we will respond within the timeframe it requires.

Children

This website is directed to businesses and organizations. It is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

We will update this notice when our practices change and will revise the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be described here rather than made silently.
